Stratigos Catering was started in 1957 by Harry G. Stratigos and his son Jim. They worked out of their basement home in White Oak, Pa along with a hollowed out 1949 Packard that they used to cater events. In 1965, the business outgrew his home, and Jim purchased property on Lincoln Way in White Oak. At this location, the business expanded and grew from one Volkswagen catering bus to a fleet of over 20 trucks. Jim Stratigos and his son, Harry, worked hard to make Stratigos Catering Western Pennsylvania’s premiere catering service. Over the years, Stratigos has had the pleasure and honor of serving three generations of families.

It was always a dream of Jim and Harry Stratigos, to build a banquet facility of their own. So together they decided to sell the building in White Oak and take all of their experience and build Stratigos Banquet Centre in North Huntingdon. Stratigos Banquet Centre is a state of the art facility that can hold up to 600 people. Harry is now teaching his son Jimmy, to carry on the Stratigos tradition. We look forward to serving many of you for years to come.
