Deposit
We require a $100.00 refundable deposit to reserve your date. We require an additional $200.00 refundable security deposit for chaffing dishes.
The rental for chaffing dishes is $10.00 per dish, and that includes 2 two-hour sterno cans. Additional sterno cans are $1.50 each
Chaffing dishes must be returned clean, or a $25.00 fee will be charged.
Upgraded paper goods can be purchased at an additional cost.
If paper products are not needed, deduct $.50 per person.
Payment is due prior to the event in cash or by certified funds.
