Event Requirements and Policies

1. A contractual Agreement is made between Stratigos Banquet Centre and you the “Client” to reserve a specific date and a four hour time frame for your event.  Stratigos Banquet Centre reserves the right to approve the time frame selected by the Client.
2. A deposit is required to reserve a specific date.  This deposit will be applied to the Client’s account.
3. The doors to your Event Room will not be unlocked until the designated start time thatthe Client decides upon.
4. All arrangements are to be confirmed three weeks prior to the Event date.
5. The final guest count must be provided two weeks prior to the Event date.  The Client willbe permitted to add on the final count within the last two weeks.  No deductions will be permitted once the final count is given.
6. Final payment is required before the Event date.  Stratigos Banquet Centre does not accept credit cards.  Acceptable forms of payment are cash or certified funds only.
7. Stratigos Banquet Centre will provide the Client with a room view and floor plan.Please note, the room view will be an approximate view and subject to slightmodifications at the discretion of management.  If the Client requires alternate seatingarrangements, they will be required one week before the Event date, and subjectto approval of management.
8. The Client is permitted to bring in cookies, cake, and centerpieces.  All items are to bebrought into the Service entrance which is at the rear of the building.  This Entrance ismarked Pick-up and Delivery.
9. All vendors must enter the building at the Service entrance of the building.  This Entranceis marked Pick-up and Delivery.
10. Stratigos Banquet Centre reserves the right to monitor the entertainment sound level.
